Beautifully said ~

My sweet friend, Karin of Madrekarin (you must go to her blog and see her incredible photographs, that is hers above!), responded to my last post beautifully . . .

"...We tend to focus too much on what we feel are flaws and imperfections. Each mark or line is the result of some moment in our lives. A slight wrinkle at the corner of an eye speaks of laughter. Those faint lines at the lips are the result of smile upon smile at things that brought us joy. A wrinkled brow comes from worry and concern for ourselves, our children and our friends. Wear them proudly. They mark the beauty that is you."

Thank you sweet Karin, thank you from ALL of us!

Beautiful floral and the the sage, poetic thoughts on aging are very well expressed. As I am just a few months away from turning 50-- and noticing that things on my body aren't always where I left them (grin), I am beginning to assess what's really important!

Thanks to Karin and to YOU, for sharing...
