The simple things ~

I was able to get into the studio for awhile and squeaked out these three pretties!!!
I have eight more in the works but a few will be my giveway gifts celebrating
my 6 year blogging anniversary (giveaway HERE)
and the others will be for purchase ~

But for now these wee three are for sale in my Etsy shop!!!

Is it sad that I'm excited about shopping for a new iron today???
It's the simple things that make us happy isn't it?!!

Have a beautiful Friday dear friends,
hugs and love,
Dawn

These are so precious Dawn. Love the postcard images. And NO it is not sad to go shopping for a new iron. Those little things can make our life easier.. nothing worse than an old, dripping iron when you're trying to press something!!!!! Ha. Have fun.

These are absolutely beautiful. I just love your work. As for the iron, I don't know about sad, because that's what I put on my Christmas list this last Christmas.

No, it most certainly is not sad! And, if you find one you really like, please tell us because I'm in the market for a decent iron myself. I'm so tired of having an iron leak all over the place.

I am looking for my mail today with eagerness. I looked yesterday and found only ads. Sigh. One day soon!

Gorgeous! And I think being excited about shopping for a new iron is great! Like you said, it's the simple things in life.
The most recent thing that made me happy about ironing: Buying a new, beautiful ironing board cover at Home Goods! :)

Darling Dawn,

Those are absolutely stunning. You have an amazing talent and just never fail to impress. WOW.

As for your iron, it is important in what you create to have a good new one, so NO it isn't sad you are excited about getting a new one, can't blame you one bit!

Big hugs.

Have a wonderful weekend.

It's not so sad - my sister called and talked to me for an hour about the last new iron she purchased :) Irons are very important to people who sew! Hugs, Terri

Hi Darlin,
Love those sachets. I don't think your sad loving an iron. Wish I could afford a nice one like that but the first time I melted wool on it I'd die:)
Have a great weekend.

Dawn, I love my iron, too, so not sad at all! Sometimes you just have to have a good iron to get that exact look you are going for. Neither of my daughters would agree with that statement, tho! lol They think anything to do with an iron is archaic ❥ Love all your sachets!

::sighs dreamily:: I do love your lavender sachets, Dawn!♥

Yay for a new iron! For anyone who works with fabric, it's indispensable, and a leaking, sputtering one that leaves yellowish-brown spots all over the place, or that won't even steam properly anymore just won't do! I hope you find one that you fall in love with!

Beautiful...from the graphics to the lovely ribbon and bling!!! Iron's are one of those things we don't think about until we don't have a working one! We can live with them for a long time, so find one you really like...happy shopping!

Hello, Sweet Dawn. I go to your blog a lot. Love, love, love your beautiful things. Of course, I love lavender. Miss Georgia and you, of course. I feel so out of place here.... Some of my favorite memories are of Miss Plum's.
